安装机械密封前应先对泵设备其它零件（如：叶轮、轴、轴承、联轴器等）的腐蚀、磨损及变形等状况进行检查，以确保符合要求，不符合要求的零件可能导致机械密封提前失效。
2、在弹簧座组件上装入弹簧和推环, 然后装入前压盖，装上卡环。见图3
3、将前静环O型圈装入前压盖组件相应的槽中 ，然后装上前静环，注意对准推环的 防转销和静环的缺口；
4、清理前动环和前静环的密封面，将前压盖及前静环装在机封轴套组件上；
5、在轴封相应的槽中装入轴套辅助套的O型圈 ，再装上轴套辅助套，注意对准孔（ 无轴套辅助套的机封则此步无）；
6、将后机封的传动座组件装套在机封轴套上，注意对准螺纹孔与定位孔，并把紧定螺钉涂沫螺纹锁固剂，装上并均匀拧紧，再装上后动环及其O型圈。
7、将后静环套上O型圈 ，装入机封压盖 ，机封压盖槽中装上O型圈 ，然后装在前压盖上，注意冷却水接口的方向并预先清洁密封面，装上并拧紧内六角连接螺钉。
8、在机封压盖上装上偏心挡板，并让偏心挡板的距孔最远点顶触槽底，拧紧偏心挡板的安装螺钉；
9、在前压盖的槽中和机封轴套内径的槽中放入对应O型圈待用，集装机封总成组装完成，总成需要灌水试压进行密封检查；
10、集装机封的安装, 应先在轴了安装好防转传动的键，机封装套在轴上，再把带有螺柱的泵盖装上，注意机封冲洗接口的角度方向，对称均匀拧紧螺柱螺母，然后装上叶轮、泵体等； Before you install the mechanical seal, 1 Please firstly check whether other components (such as impellor, shaft, bearing, coupling etc）of pump equipment are corrosive, wearing or deformed, make sure they meet the requirements. If the components fail to meet the requirements, it would lead to lose efficiency in advance for the mechanical seals.
2. Install the spring and thrust ring on the spring base assembly, and then install the frontal gland and snap ring. See figure 3.
3. Install O-ring of frontal static ring into the corresponding groove of the frontal gland assembly, and then install the frontal static ring. Pay attention to aligning the gap between the stop pin of the thrust ring and the static ring.
4. Clean the sealing faces of frontal live ring and frontal static ring, and install the frontal gland and the frontal static ring onto the shaft sleeve assembly of mechanical seal.
5. Install O-ring used for auxiliary sleeve of the shaft sleeve in the corresponding groove of the shaft seal, and then install the auxiliary sleeve of the shaft sleeve. Pay attention to aligning the hole (If the equipment has no mechanical seal for auxiliary sleeve of the shaft sleeve, the user can omit this step).
6. Install the transmission base assembly of the rear mechanical seal on the shaft sleeve of mechanical seal. Pay attention to aligning the threaded hole and the positioning hole. And coat thread locking agent on the tightening screws, install the screws and tighten them uniformly, install the rear live ring and O-ring.
7. Install O-ring for the rear static ring, install mechanical seal gland, and install O-ring in the groove of mechanical seal gland, and then install it on the frontal gland. Pay attention to the water-cooling joint direction, and clean the sealing surfaces in advance, install & tighten inner hexangular connecting screws.
